Our bodies naturally store more fat in certain areas of sex and genetics. Women tend to store excess fat in thighs, hips and stomach, and people tend to store excess fat in the abdomen.

Not a large number of fat cells in your hand, you rarely see any fat with your hands unless you are very obese. It is the temptation to buy nutritional supplements and powder for the preparation of weight and muscles. This is really the tip of your growth and your muscles are really useless and without value. Do not waste your money with them. Food and eating less food is not the right way to gain muscle.
It would be good for the world to study and learn everything you need to know about muscle gain. Without ignoring what may harm your health.
