Here are 10 tips for women to stay fit and healthy:
1. Staying fit and healthy starts with a balanced diet. Aware of and monitor the right weight for their age. Ask your doctor to know which foods you should avoid and follow your eating discipline routines. If you try to lose some weight, foods with a lot of calories should be omitted from your meals. Foods with high fiber and low fat should be a priority in the grocery list instead of red meat, sugar and fat.
